Tomorrow will mark exactly three weeks since the inaugural SuperClash Against Cancer #scacancer event took place in #RedDeer. In that time I've had a chance to decompress and reflect on the successes and the opportunities that came from the event.
First off after all expenses are paid in full by the end of June including the final donation to the Alberta Cancer Foundation, a number of contributing factors will determine the financial outlook for the event as a huge opportunity that will need to be addressed moving forward.
Secondly, as we move forward we will be rebranded as SuperClash Alberta with myself and GameChangers Canada creating a SuperClash Committee which will include our event partners, potential sponsors, and our official charity partner. With those changes we will now be providing local and provincial organizations the opportunity to come forward with a request to be chosen as the official charity partner for that year's event.
Thirdly, for those in attendance the feedback received has been extremely positive with many who were involved and others showing interest in tweaking the initial event concept which is believed to be a fantastic idea, to provide a better ROI and overall experience for all.
As this was considered a highly engaging entertainment experience, we are looking forward to providing access to the video of the entire show. Until then here are a few pics taken at the event courtesy GameChangers Canada and our Event Ambassadors #teamlisa Lisa Duke and Family.
